Library Wales Refresh

You will notice some changes to the Library Wales portal this week.  The site has been updated making it more interactive, user friendly and fresh.
One of the most significant changes is that the portal’s domain name has changed to WelshLibraries.org
Currently all Library Wales URLs are redirecting to the Welsh Libraries homepage but you may experience some problems.

New Resource Added to the Catalogue: Cymru 1914

Cymru 1914 - The Welsh Experience of the First World War

This project involves the digitisation of primary sources relating to the First World War from the Libraries, Special Collections and Archives of Wales. It will make available a coherent, consolidated digital collection revealing the often hidden history of the First World War as it impacted all aspects of Welsh life, language and culture. This digital archive brings together source materials that were previously fragmented and frequently inaccessible. It is a unique resource of vital interest to researchers, students, the public in Wales and beyond.
