Technical Issues when viewing PDFs on SciVerse platform (resolved)

Please be advised that Windows 7 users are currently experiencing difficulties when viewing ScienceDirect article PDFs on the SciVerse platform.

The problem is not browser specific and occurs regardless of whether you are using Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.

When a Windows 7 user clicks on a PDF link in SciVerse the document appears momentarily and then the image disappears from view and is replaced by a blank screen.

Elsevier have been informed and are treating the issue as high priority. There is no expected resolution date yet.
